Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Kerttula and Davies: 2002-03-22 House Journal Page 2647 Page 4, line 7 following "person" and Page 6, line 6, following "individual": Insert "or has come into compliance within 30 days of being notified of their lack of compliance" Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 305(STA) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
